So I’ve been on a fast not sure exactly what I should call the fast right now because its changed since I started it June 1st.
It was a juice/smoothie the first ~7 days then I switched to water only but started to lose too much weight so now I’m doing raw vegan. Who would have thought years ago that I would be saying I’m losing too much weight? Weird af!
Anyways, I will probably do a blend of raw vegan & juice/smoothies until the end of the month or so. I’m really digging this raw lifestyle and the new dishes I’m coming up with.
But I’m getting way off track on what this post is about. I know you see me glowing in that pic right? Don’t front! You see that glow. So anyways for the past 10 days or so I have not only been taking sea moss internally, I have been doing a sea moss facial each morning and man oh man. I looked at myself today and I was like “heeeeeyyyyyyyy”.

How I prepare sea moss:
- Let is soak in water for 24 hours (switch water periodically)
- This not only cleans it but allows it to swell so you get more for your money
- Once soaked, I blend in the blender with a little water until it becomes gel like
- Store it in containers in the fridge (take 2-3 tablespoons daily or blend it in a smoothie/juice)
- DO NOT BOIL THE SEA MOSS (you boil out all the nutrients)
